Registration costs / Poland and EU
Fees charged by the Polish Patent Office and EUIPO are separate from our professional fees. The total depends mainly on the office and the number of classes of goods or services.
Polish Patent Office

Example: an electronic application in one class costs PLN 400 on filing, followed after a conditional grant by PLN 490 for protection and publication — PLN 890 in official fees in total.

Example: an EU application in two classes costs EUR 900, and one in three classes costs EUR 1,050. The basic fee covers a 10-year protection period.
