2. Data and purposes
The form collects your name or company, email address, selected service and enquiry. Providing data is voluntary, but contact details are required for a response. Do not send documents or particularly sensitive or confidential information through the form.
We process data to answer and handle correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller’s legitimate interest. Where your contact concerns entering into an agreement with you, pre-contractual steps taken at your request are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data may also be required to establish, pursue or defend claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations if we begin working together (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
3. Form provider and recipients
Submitting the form sends its content to FormSubmit (Devro LABS), which forwards it to the law firm’s email address. Email and IT infrastructure providers may also process data as necessary to operate the website and correspondence.
See the provider’s FormSubmit privacy policy. Infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Information about safeguards used in a specific case is available from the controller.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle correspondence and then for the period justified by potential claims. If we begin working together, retention of records will also reflect legal and professional obligations.
5. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where the conditions in Article 20 GDPR are met. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Website technologies
