Mocne Marki / Privacy

Your data.
Clear rules.

1. Controller and contact details

The data controller is Karol Czubkowski, trading as Karol Czubkowski — Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego, ul. Hoża 59A/3, 00-681 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID 525-231-70-58. For personal data matters, email karol@czubkowski.com.

2. Data and purposes

The form collects your name or company, email address, selected service and enquiry. Providing data is voluntary, but contact details are required for a response. Do not send documents or particularly sensitive or confidential information through the form.

We process data to answer and handle correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller’s legitimate interest. Where your contact concerns entering into an agreement with you, pre-contractual steps taken at your request are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data may also be required to establish, pursue or defend claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations if we begin working together (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. Form provider and recipients

Submitting the form sends its content to FormSubmit (Devro LABS), which forwards it to the law firm’s email address. Email for czubkowski.com is handled by Google infrastructure. OpenAI hosts this website through ChatGPT Sites; infrastructure providers and their subprocessors may process technical connection data to serve and secure the website. Enquiries are not automatically used for newsletters or advertising.

See the provider’s FormSubmit privacy policy. FormSubmit documentation states that copies of submissions are retained for 30 days. Copies in the law firm’s mailbox are kept as described below. See also the FormSubmit documentation.

4. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle correspondence and then for the period justified by potential claims. If we begin working together, retention of records will also reflect legal and professional obligations.

5. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where the conditions in Article 20 GDPR are met. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Website technologies and optional measurement

Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 measurement is available on all mocnemarki.pl pages, including the Polish and English versions, subject to prior, optional consent. You can choose advertising measurement and analytics separately, reject both or accept both. The form works without these consents.

Both services are provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Ads attributes successful enquiries to advertising. Google Analytics 4 measures visits to pages with measurement, form starts, contact clicks and successful enquiries. Google may receive your IP address, browser and device details, page address, advertising click and cookie identifiers, and these events. We do not send your name, email address or form content for measurement. Ad personalisation, Google Signals and enhanced conversions are disabled.

Before consent and after both purposes are rejected, we do not load Google Ads or Google Analytics 4 tags and do not send Google measurement signals, including cookieless signals. If you consent to one purpose, we enable only that measurement. Measurement consent is not required to contact us or receive a response.

Your choices, date and notice version are stored in your browser’s localStorage as mm-site-consent-v5 for up to 180 days. This remembers consent or refusal; it is not sent to the law firm as a separate consent register. The choice applies to the same browser and domain, including after a language change. After expiry or a change requiring fresh consent, we ask again. Following consent, Google Ads may set _gcl_* cookies (configured expiry up to 90 days) and Google Analytics may set _ga* cookies (up to 180 days), without automatic renewal.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings”, as easily as granting it. “Reject optional” disables both purposes. Withdrawal reloads the page without the disabled tags and deletes relevant cookies accessible to our domain. It does not delete information already sent to providers or cookies belonging to other domains and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Optional measurement is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. For Google's data use, retention and processing outside the EEA, see Google's advertising data information and Google's privacy policy.

Technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request data, may be processed regardless of measurement consent to serve and secure this website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website). This is separate from advertising and analytics consent. For the hosting provider’s technologies, see the OpenAI cookie policy.

7. Processing outside the EEA

Google and OpenAI infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Google describes the use of adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for transfers covered by it, and standard contractual clauses for other relevant transfers. Details and information on obtaining copies of safeguards are available in Google’s data transfer information.

OpenAI’s Sites hosting documentation describes transfers under adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Applicable terms and safeguards depend on the service agreement and configuration. See the ChatGPT Sites DPA and business services DPA. Contact the controller for information about safeguards applicable to the law firm’s data.
